DAY 1 CUSCO
Reception at the airport of Cusco and lodge at hotel tourist class accommodations (*NOTE: First Class or De Luxe hotels available on request). In the afternoon between 13:15 and 13:45, we will pick you up from hotel for the city tour: visiting: the Main Square, the Cathedral, its extremely sober renaissance facade contrast with the baroque and plateresque style of its interior, and Koricancha, a famous temple dedicated to the Sun. Then, visit to the nearby ruins: Kenko, ancient ceremonial center dedicated to the earth; Puca Pucara, administrative and military center; Tambomachay, important place of worship dedicated to water and the fortress of Sacsayhuaman, cyclopean fortress built for the defense of Cusco. Return to the hotel. Overnight (no meals).

DAY 2 MACHU PICCHU
All day excursion by train to Machu Picchu. Between 05:45 and 06:00 am, you will leave the hotel to the station to take the train. Travel is in "Vistadome" Class (formerly "Autowagon"). Aprox. 9:40 a.m., you will arrive at the Aguas Calientes Station, from where you take a 20 minute bus ride to the ruins of Machu Picchu. Once there, you will have a guided tour, with an English speaking professional guide. The ruins are on the eastern slope of Machu Picchu in two separate arcas: the agricultural and the urban. At 15:05 aprox train back to Cusco, arriving around 19:05,upon arrival transfer to Hotel. (B, Box lunch)

DAY 3 TRANSFER OUT
